About Hypnobabies

Hypnobabies is a hypnobirthing course that combines childbirth education with self-hypnosis techniques for expectant parents.

Childbirth education at home, at each parent's own pace

Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis helps expectant parents let go of fear and anxiety during labor and delivery. Its program combines self-hypnosis techniques, visualizations and guided meditations to prepare parents for a calmer, more confident birth.

The six-class course lets parents work through the material at their own speed and on their own schedule, with detailed instruction, audio recordings and supporting materials such as hypnosis scripts and affirmations.
