How do we know JoySuite's answers are right?

You can check every one. JoySuite answers only from the policies and handbooks you approve, cites the document and section each answer came from, and declines questions outside them.

Does JoySuite use our content to train AI models?

No. JoySuite never uses your content to train AI models, its own or anyone else's. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and JoySuite is hosted on AWS in the United States.

Do we have to replace our LMS?

No. JoySuite works alongside the LMS you already use, or on its own where there is none, and its connections are read-only. Courses built in JoySuite's Course Studio can be taken in JoySuite or exported to your LMS as SCORM.

What does JoySuite cost?
