A challenge you may be facing
The courses behind a credential can be ten years out of date, with no routine for keeping them current. Updates tend to start only when a standard is revised or an accreditation review comes up, and then the work falls to volunteer experts who have day jobs.

We build courses, certification preparation and instructor-led materials, or convert a classroom program to self-paced learning, and your experts give interviews instead of writing. Custom eLearning Express builds a single course at a fixed price. SmarterU sells the courses, counts continuing education credits and re-enrolls members before a certification expires, and BrivaLMS trains thousands of volunteers at a flat rate.
Members can't find what they need in years of standards, guides and recordings, so some now ask a general AI tool instead of asking you. Nobody on staff has time to keep the material up to date.

Every program is quoted. The price depends on how organized your content is, how deeply members need to learn it and how far the interactivity and media go. For a single course of up to an hour, our Custom eLearning Express service builds it at a fixed price in ten business days.
Will AI answer our members without our approval?
No. JoySuite answers only from the material you approve, shows the source of each answer and declines questions outside it. With Workflow Engineering, AI drafts the work and a person on your team approves it before anything reaches a member.
Will it work with our LMS and our association management system?
Yes. We build in any authoring tool, deliver courses as SCORM, xAPI or cmi5, and handle the integration with your association management system. If you move to SmarterU, it connects to CRM and other systems, supports single sign-on, and can migrate your data from a previous LMS.
Can we sell courses, including to non-members?
Yes. Selling to non-members is usually the better lever: a higher non-member price earns revenue and recruits members at the same time.
Can you deliver our exam?
Yes. Your exam, its questions and its passing standard stay yours. We can deliver it for you on SmarterU: we load each term's exam, set up every candidate's account and a system test, and manage and monitor the exam on the dates you set. We do this for CAMRT's online exams.
Is accessibility included?
Yes. Every course ships to WCAG AA, with contrast, captions, transcripts, keyboard navigation and screen reader support, and the review log comes with the delivery.
Our experts are volunteers. How much of their time will it take?
Plan on two or three sessions of 60 to 90 minutes with your subject matter experts, plus review time at the storyboard and build stages. For one course, that usually adds up to 10 to 20 hours across the project.
