FAQ

Can you track in-service training and certifications to their renewal dates?

Yes. SmarterU records each person's completed training and certifications, re-enrolls people before a certification lapses, and reminds them and their supervisor as a due date nears.

What can we show a surveyor?

Each person's training record from SmarterU: completions, attendance, quiz results and certificates, plus the audit log. Reports export to CSV or go by email on a schedule, and every certificate carries a QR code anyone can scan to validate it.

Can our customers' clinicians have their own training space?

Yes. In SmarterU, each customer account can have a branded sub-account with its own login page, logo and landing page, so you can see which clinicians have finished training on your product.

Will automations send things out without us seeing them?

Only if you decide they should. We build every process to wait for a person's approval before anything goes to a client, a member or a board, and the judgment calls stay with your people. You can make a process fully hands-off, but only you make that call.

Can you train staff to use AI within our privacy rules?

Yes. We build AI training around the tools your staff are allowed to use, including what must never go into a public AI tool and when to check an answer before acting on it.

Do we have to replace the LMS we already use?

No. We deliver custom courses into the LMS you use, as SCORM, xAPI or cmi5, and you keep the source files. OttoLearn works on its own, alongside your LMS.
