What we build

The format follows the problem: scenarios when judgment is being taught, simulation when someone has to practice in a system, story and video to change how people think, and job aids when people need something to reach for while they work.

Every capability below is part of one service, delivered by the same in-house team. You can use one, such as accessibility fixes for courses you already have, or all of them in a program.

Instructional design

Structured, learner-centered design grounded in established instructional practice. We can review a storyboard your team wrote, edit your draft into interactive-ready content, or produce the content and storyboards ourselves from your materials and interviews with your experts.

Curriculum planning

Before a large build: needs analysis, learner profiles, learning objectives, course mapping and sequencing, the choice of format, and the assessment strategy.

Interactive eLearning

Interactive media, drag-and-drop, hotspots, click-to-reveal, flashcards, knowledge checks and other interactions that keep learners doing rather than reading.

Accessibility

Every course can be built to WCAG AA standards, including captions, transcripts, keyboard navigation and screen reader support, and a review log delivered with it. We also audit and fix courses you already have, starting with the most-enrolled titles.
